2000, datAscent was designed to be a one-stop shop for
communication services and information. As the Internet grew the
number of companies providing communications services on the
Internet soared. By bringing together quality
information and services we feel our visitors get the
benefits of the best the Internet has to offer with the
lease amount of effort.

We decided the best way to provide a
valuable and informative service for our visitors was to move
away from providing direct services and focus more on our
listings and reviews. While working to be the best at
what we do, we have tried to do the same with all the services
mentioned on the datAscent web site. Sure there are still many products
and services mentioned on our site, but as you will notice these
services now come from datAscent partners or from other
companies entirely.
We think you will get to see the best that the Internet has to
offer when we are free to show our support for any services
the web has to offer, including those of our partners as well as the former
competition. We hope this continues to make datAscent
both an unbiased source for quality products, information and a
